Do you think it is for the stated reasons published as follows:
U.S. Defense Secretary Robert Gates will travel to Guam tomorrow, the Pacific Daily News reports.
Gates will be at Andersen Air Force Base for a number of ceremonies, including the retirement of Seikichi Kaneshiro, who has served in the U.S. government for 56 years. Kaneshiro is a World War II veteran of the famed U.S. Army’s 442nd Regimental Combat Team, a Japanese-American unit, and has worked on Guam since the end of World War II.
The defense secretary will also meet with Air Force personnel, conduct the reenlistment ceremony of two U.S. Navy sailors, and tour the island.
Gates is also scheduled to meet with military and territorial leaders.

Do you think or believe that he is coming to take a closer look at the prospective military build up and the lack of infrastructure and how we are dealing with it? Is DPW doing all it can? Should we be bringing in contractors from the States? How are the rising gas prices going to effect the budget that has been set for the improvement of infrastructure?
